General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bd8999 ("bd8999", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at bd8999.vip. These Terms apply to all services, products, games, promotions, and features available through the bd8999 platform, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting markets, crash games such as Aviator, slot games, HRG Live, and any other product offered from time to time.

These Terms are supplemented by additional policies and rules published on the bd8999 platform, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or bonus terms published in connection with individual promotions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a supplementary policy, these Terms shall prevail unless the supplementary policy expressly states otherwise.

bd8999 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the bd8999 platform. Continued use of the platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

To register and maintain an account with bd8999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is a hard minimum and cannot be waived under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of bd8999 or any affiliated entity, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. bd8999 does not provide legal advice and makes no representations as to the legality of gambling in any specific jurisdiction.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the bd8999 platform or any other bd8999-affiliated platform.

bd8999 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. As part of this process, you will be required to submit a valid government-issued photo identification document — such as a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate — to confirm your identity and date of birth. bd8999 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including proof of address or proof of the payment method used for deposits.

If bd8999 determines at any point that a Player does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in this section, bd8999 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void any pending or settled bets, and withhold or return any funds held in the account in accordance with applicable law and our internal anti-fraud procedures.

bd8999 strongly encourages parents and guardians in Bangladesh to use parental control software to prevent underage access to gambling websites and applications. Account Registration

To access the full range of bd8999 services — including deposits, betting, and game play — you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and requires the submission of accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration details to ensure they remain accurate and complete at all times.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the bd8999 platform. Registering or maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where bd8999 identifies multiple accounts held by the same individual, all such accounts may be suspended, any associated winnings may be voided, and any balance may be forfeited or returned to the original payment source.

During registration, you will be required to create login credentials, including a username and a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. bd8999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, telephone, or any other channel. You should never share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify bd8999 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

bd8999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Registrations that appear to be fraudulent, that use false or misleading information, or that originate from restricted jurisdictions will be rejected.

Deposits & Withdrawals

bd8999 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The following payment channels are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard may also be available subject to your card issuer's policies regarding online gambling transactions. bd8999 does not guarantee the availability of any specific payment method at any given time and reserves the right to add or remove payment channels without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no platform fee charged by bd8999 on standard deposits; however, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which bd8999 is not responsible. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bd8999 account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with our anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures. bd8999 reserves the right to process withdrawals in the order in which they are received and to apply standard processing times as published in the platform's Help section. Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification and KYC checks before processing. bd8999 may decline or reverse a withdrawal request if it is associated with suspected fraud, a bonus abuse investigation, or an unresolved KYC review.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• All withdrawals are returned to the original deposit source where possible.
• bd8999 reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership prior to processing any withdrawal.
• bd8999 does not accept or return funds to third-party accounts. Deposits and withdrawals must originate from and return to accounts registered in your own name.
• bd8999 is not liable for delays caused by the Player's bank or mobile financial service provider.

bd8999 maintains AML and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) compliance procedures in accordance with internationally recognised standards. All transactions on the platform are monitored. bd8999 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to freeze funds pending investigation where required by law or internal policy.

Bonuses & Promotions

bd8999 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible registered Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms, all bonuses awarded by bd8999 are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to real-money funds eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Players are responsible for reviewing bonus terms before accepting any promotional offer.

• Bonuses are awarded to eligible accounts only. bd8999 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each promotion may specify eligible games. Wagering on ineligible games during an active bonus may not count toward the wagering requirement or may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of applicable wagering requirements.
• bd8999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice if it determines that the promotion is being abused, exploited, or used in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose.
• Multiple accounts registered to the same individual, household, device, or IP address will not be eligible for welcome bonuses or any other first-time promotional offer.
• bd8999 does not offer any promotions to Excluded Players or Players who have self-excluded from the platform.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered Player on the bd8999 platform, you agree to use the platform in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you personally authorised that activity. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bd8999 platform:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any other account process.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Using any software, algorithm, bot, script, or automated tool to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform's game systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors on the platform. Any winnings derived from a known error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward bd8999 staff, other players, or any person associated with the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any part of the bd8999 platform, its games, or its intellectual property.
• Allowing or facilitating any third party to access or use your bd8999 account, including sharing your login credentials.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or to obscure your true identity or location.

bd8999 employs a range of technical and manual detection measures to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified or reasonably suspected, bd8999 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice: suspend or permanently close the account; void any pending or settled bets or game rounds; withhold or forfeit any balance in the account; and/or report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Account Suspension & Closure

bd8999 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information.
• bd8999 suspects the account of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• The Player has engaged in prohibited conduct as described in Section 6.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been initiated against bd8999 by the Player or the Player's payment provider.
• The Player has become subject to a self-exclusion order or responsible gaming restriction that renders continued account access inappropriate.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require bd8999 to restrict or terminate the Player's account.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, bd8999 will process the request within a reasonable timeframe and will return any real-money balance held in the account to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to bd8999.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms by the Player, bd8999 reserves the right to retain the account balance as partial or full compensation for any losses, costs, or damages arising from the breach, and to pursue further legal remedies if necessary.

Limitation of Liability

The bd8999 platform and all services, games, and content available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bd8999 makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the platform's availability, reliability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors or interruptions.

bd8999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, force majeure events, or factors beyond bd8999's reasonable control. bd8999 will make reasonable efforts to notify Players of planned maintenance in advance where possible but is not obligated to do so in all circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bd8999's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any service provided by bd8999 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their bd8999 account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall bd8999 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services, however caused and on any theory of liability, even if bd8999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bd8999's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Amendments & Governing Law

bd8999 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be effective immediately upon publication on this page unless otherwise stated. Where changes are material, bd8999 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or via an in-platform notice. Your continued use of the bd8999 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 7.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Players in Bangladesh are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. bd8999 does not provide legal advice and recommends that Players seek independent legal counsel if they have questions about the legality of online gambling in their specific jurisdiction.

Any dispute between you and bd8999 that cannot be resolved through our customer support process should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. bd8999 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Both parties agree to engage in good-faith discussions before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of bd8999 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and bd8999 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind.
